Artists who sell art on this site: The idea behind is to give the talented but unknown artist the audience their talent deserves. If you are such an artist and you wish for the chance to display your art or photos to the world, without the cost or difficulty of having a physical gallery or creating your own website. We will host your work here, for FREE. You don't have to pay to have your own gallery on If you wish to sell either prints or original artwork we will provide a shopping cart for your gallery. However you will take full responsibility for the quality, production and delivery of the item/s. by submitting your work here you are also bound by the rest of the Terms and Conditions and Privacy agreement set out here by fantasy-art For instance, if for any reason your client is dissatisfied and wishes to return an item or items to you, you must agree to give a full refund within the time period specified in these Terms and Conditions.

We are not responsible for the copyright protection of your work on our site. However you can pursue any claims toward the misuse of your work should the case arise and we would support this action. we will protect your work with our logo so that your work cannot be completely copied.

Misuse of our site: Don't mess with us. reserves the right to suspend or terminate any members account which, is, or appears to us in our absolute discretion, to be, in breach of any of the provisions of this agreement.

When will you be charged?: You must pay in full before your goods are sent.

Refunds: If in the unlikely event you are not happy with the quality of our goods, please send the item back to us in its original condition within 28 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund (minus shipping/handling fees paid by us).

Tax & Duties: We will reluctantly have to charge VAT on all goods and services where applicable. And if you want your purchase to be delivered outside the European Union, you will automatically be responsible for paying all applicable duties. Sorry!

Corrections: Descriptions of goods and services included in the site are accurate to the best of our knowledge. We do our best to correct errors or omissions as soon as we are aware of them. However, you should know that the colours and appearance of images, mounts and frames may vary very slightly from the way they appear on the screen. Also print sizes can vary slightly with each production run. If you need to know the precise dimensions of a product, please contact us.

Copyright: The images and designs used on the website are the property of or their respective copyright owners, and are used by pursuant to express authorisation from copyright owners or their agents. You acknowledge that all copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in and relating to are vested in or our partners where appropriate. You must not use, reproduce, modify or distribute our images or any part of those images in any manner, whatsoever. In the event that there is any dispute between us in relation to this issue, you agree that until the matter is resolved, an interim injunction will be an appropriate remedy. An Interim injunction is a court order, which would prevent any further use or distribution of the image that we are concerned about, until a final court hearing where the court will make a decision on all the facts.

All paintings/images/artwork on will be given the logo, to protect our artists from illegal duplication of their work.

Loss: We will not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect or loss or damage, or for any loss of data, profit, revenue, business or management time, howsoever caused.

You also agree that the liability of under this agreement (whether arising in negligence or otherwise), will not under any circumstances exceed an amount equal to the sums paid or payable by you.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Consequential Loss: In the event of consequential loss, can only be responsible for the cost of your order.

Reasonable Control: shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this agreement if caused by matters beyond our reasonable control. Without limiting ourselves here in any way.

Changes to this Agreement: reserves the right to change the terms of this agreement from time to time, and post a new version on our website. The new version will take effect from the day of posting on the site. Price and availability information are also subject to change without notice.

Severability: In the event that any term of this agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid by judicial decree or decision, the remainder of this agreement shall remain valid and enforceable. Privacy policy
